Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources (personnel, materials, equipment) within a production environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to manufacturing processes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively to all stakeholders, including production management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing projects to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2).
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for project planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across production, engineering, and procurement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD software and interpreting technical drawings.
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Background in a highly regulated manufacturing sector (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
