Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production personnel, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Monitor product quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and implementing corrective actions.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, and operational inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including prior supervisory or team lead roles.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction across all levels.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English)

• Formal project management training or experience
