Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production line personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure daily production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements for productivity and cost reduction.
• Coordinate the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials to optimize production flow.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products and processes, addressing any non-conformance issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including coaching, motivation, and performance management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, quality control, and safety regulations
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to process improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the local workforce
