Salary Range: $73,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, process deviations, and equipment-related problems to minimize downtime.
• Design, develop, and scale-up new manufacturing processes and equipment from pilot to full production.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process data (e.g., yield, cycle time, defect rates) to identify trends and root causes.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.
• Provide process engineering support for the introduction of new products, ensuring manufacturability and smooth ramp-up.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, CAD, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot processes, analyze data, and implement solutions for optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with automation technologies or robotics applications
