Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Implement and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and material flow.
• Lead, train, and develop operations staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams while managing budgets and achieving production targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with implementing automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives
