Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Design, validate, and implement production tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition to production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Evaluate, specify, and integrate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling design and process layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integration
• Proficiency in robotics programming or automation system design
• Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim, Ansys)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
