Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Oversee all reactive maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and production interruptions.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, including spare parts inventory and external service procurement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Analyze maintenance performance data and KPIs to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing maintenance teams and operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and maintenance budgeting.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and best practices for industrial maintenance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with CMMS implementation, optimization, or major upgrades.
• Experience managing capital projects related to facility or equipment upgrades and installations.
• Proficiency with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
