Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory and external contractor services.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production management to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and maintenance methodologies (e.g., TPM, RCM).
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including budget and project management.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and data analysis for maintenance optimization.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and quality standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) designation.
• Experience with advanced CMMS platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and integration with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial automation systems.
• Proven track record in managing capital improvement projects and facility upgrades.
