Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock level optimization, and obsolescence prevention.
• Direct logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution of finished goods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance performance and reduce lead times.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and engineering teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing plans and market demand.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain performance to senior management.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and operational resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis).
• Proven experience in international sourcing, logistics, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
