Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies for manufacturing operations.
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations for raw materials and components.
• Optimize inventory levels, demand forecasting, and material planning to support production schedules.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound and outbound goods.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and quality teams to meet business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory, procurement, and production planning.
• Strong understanding and practical application of demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
• Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP system implementations or major upgrades (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
