Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, control, and lighting systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery, equipment, and PLCs.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical components and systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Calibrate, test, and repair electrical instruments and automated control systems.
• Install and maintain motor control centers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other power distribution equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
• Thorough understanding and strict adherence to NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout, and other electrical safety protocols.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and calibration of industrial electrical equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced diagnostics experience
• Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) commissioning and programming experience
