Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation and continuous availability of critical IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems supporting manufacturing processes.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP, MES, and other manufacturing-specific applications.
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies to protect production data, intellectual property, and operational technology assets.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices across manufacturing facilities.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to identify technology needs and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage IT vendor relationships and procurement to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES) in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated understanding and experience with Operational Technology (OT) such as SCADA, PLCs, and their integration with IT systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including budget management and vendor relations.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, particularly as applied to industrial control systems (ICS) and data integrity.
• Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing operational goals and driving process improvements through technology.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT, or automation technologies relevant to manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for Operational Technology (OT) environments.
