Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all manufacturing, technical, and operational roles, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling within the manufacturing environment.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations specific to manufacturing.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on safety, technical skills, and compliance for the production workforce.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including wage structures, shift differentials, and performance incentives relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans for all manufacturing employees.
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing hourly workforces, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies for production roles and skilled trades.
- Ability to align HR initiatives with manufacturing operational goals and drive employee engagement.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with unionized workforces and collective bargaining.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
- Certification or experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese) to support a diverse workforce.
