Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions within the manufacturing plant.
- Ensure strict compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and critical manufacturing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Develop and implement performance management systems and training programs for manufacturing personnel.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored for the manufacturing sector.
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning to meet production demands and optimize staffing.
- Lead initiatives to promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment across all shifts.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience with workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development in a production setting.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience supporting lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR for multi-shift or 24/7 operations.
- Proficiency in a second language common within the manufacturing workforce.
- Experience with skilled trades recruitment and apprenticeship programs.
