Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Optimize existing automation systems for improved efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams on automation projects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation systems and processes.
• Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet), and sensor technologies.
• Proficiency in robotics programming, integration, and maintenance within a manufacturing context.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in a production environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
• Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms or industrial historians.
• Knowledge of collaborative robot (cobot) programming and deployment.
