Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues to minimize production downtime.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new and existing automated machinery.
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Experience with industrial automation hardware, sensors, actuators, and motor control systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex control system issues.
• Familiarity with robotic systems programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming or integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency in machine vision system setup and programming (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or advanced SCADA integration and database technologies (e.g., SQL).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) and cybersecurity best practices.
