Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, financial statements, and management reports.
• Manage and optimize the cost accounting system, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Lead the annual budget process and develop accurate financial forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies and controls.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making, cost reduction initiatives, and capital expenditures.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and finance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft D365)
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Experience with multi-site or international manufacturing operations
