Salary Range: $121,000 - $170,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial data integrity and compliance.
• Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making and drive cost efficiencies.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and financial health.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting for manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced financial analysis.
• Prior experience with financial due diligence or integration of acquired entities.
