Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC/HMI control systems for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical, software, and hardware issues in automation systems.
• Develop and maintain industrial control networks, ensuring reliable data communication.
• Create and update electrical schematics, P&IDs, and other control system documentation.
• Support the commissioning, startup, and optimization of new and existing production equipment.
• Ensure all control systems comply with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production teams on automation systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting, and debugging PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Experience developing and integrating HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex control system issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and/or advanced motion control.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience programming and integrating industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases for data collection, reporting, and MES integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure IoT, AWS IoT) for OT/IT convergence.
