Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide comprehensive EHS training and education to all employees.
• Manage hazardous waste programs, environmental permits, and sustainability initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and foster a strong safety culture across the facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA VPP (Voluntary Protection Programs)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• Demonstrated experience integrating sustainability initiatives into EHS programs
• Proficiency with EHS management software (e.g., Gensuite, Sphera, Cority)
