Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, hazard analyses, and develop effective control measures.
• Lead incident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design and deliver EHS training programs to all employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage hazardous waste disposal, air emissions, wastewater, and other environmental compliance activities.
• Perform EHS audits and inspections, track findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related science/engineering field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive EHS experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM.
• Strong leadership, communication, training, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience managing EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) certification.
