Salary Range: $56,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and personnel.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
• Monitor product quality and enforce adherence to specifications.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment and practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity.
• Train, mentor, and develop production team members.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address production challenges and optimize workflow.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Prior experience in a quality control or continuous improvement function.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
