Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to optimize space utilization and material flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including cycle counting, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and maintain robust safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling machinery.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders and material requirements.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CLTD).
• - Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and storage regulations.
• - Proven ability to implement and optimize warehouse automation technologies.
