Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) throughout the manufacturing process.
• Implement and drive Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams within the value stream.
• Drive process standardization and best practice implementation.
• Manage resources and capacity to meet production demands efficiently.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify bottlenecks, and develop data-driven solutions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams.
• Experience with value stream mapping and implementing improvements across the entire value stream.
• Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and application.
• - Proven ability to implement and manage digital transformation initiatives within a value stream.
• - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and AI.
• - Strong understanding of supply chain integration and optimization beyond the immediate value stream.
• - Experience in developing and mentoring cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
