Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol design, execution, and final reports.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) for validation deviations.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing) to ensure successful validation.
• Conduct periodic reviews and revalidation of existing validated systems and processes.
• Train manufacturing personnel on validated processes and procedures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Experience with writing and executing validation protocols and reports.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of validation deviations.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
• - Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages like Python for test automation.
• - Experience with risk-based validation approaches.
