Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, mapping, and optimization of end-to-end value streams to improve flow and reduce waste.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and methodologies within the value stream.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to resolve bottlenecks and enhance overall performance.
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream health and track progress towards strategic goals.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and empower teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Manage resources and budgets allocated to value stream improvement projects.
• Facilitate regular value stream reviews and status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of value stream activities with organizational strategy and customer requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
• - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation)
• - Proven track record in supply chain optimization and logistics management
