Salary Range: $65,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff covering safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule all training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback from supervisors.
• Source and manage external training providers and resources as needed.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Track and report on training attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies through training initiatives.
• Facilitate hands-on training and on-the-job coaching for new hires and existing employees.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop relevant curriculum.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tracking.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

• - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) specific to manufacturing environments.
• - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
• - Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies.
