Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and test PLC logic for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues, including hardware and software faults.
• Perform commissioning and start-up activities for new and modified production lines.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, HMI screens, and electrical schematics.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to optimize machine performance and reliability.
• Implement HMI (Human Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on PLC systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, motor controls, and instrumentation.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and functional specifications.
• Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex automation equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robotics programming and integration.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems.
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development across multiple platforms.
• Experience integrating PLC data with databases (e.g., SQL, historians).
