Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex control system issues, including PLC, HMI, and communication networks.
• Design and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications for operator control and data visualization.
• Integrate PLC systems with other plant floor equipment, robotics, and enterprise-level systems (e.g., SCADA, MES).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC code, control logic, and system architecture.
• Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and production lines.
• Perform modifications and optimizations to existing PLC programs to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex automation system issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Robotics programming experience (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB)
• Experience with SCADA systems and historian software (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, OSI PI)
• Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT)
• Experience integrating PLCs with databases (e.g., SQL) or MES systems
