Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for manufacturing assets.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
- Analyze maintenance data, equipment performance, and failure trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability.
- Support the selection, design, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure inherent reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on asset reliability and maintenance.
- Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Strong understanding and application of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools for performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement reliability improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI)
- Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT sensors, digital twins)
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
