Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for manufacturing assets.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for significant equipment failures to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies.
• Analyze maintenance data, equipment performance, and failure trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Support the selection, design, and commissioning of new equipment to ensure inherent reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on asset reliability and maintenance.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Strong understanding and application of predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools for performance tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement reliability improvement projects across manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI)
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT sensors, digital twins)
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE)
