Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and protocols for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Validate new manufacturing processes and equipment through testing.
• Generate test reports and provide feedback on product quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, integration, performance).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Selenium, Jenkins).
• Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
• Knowledge of data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and tools.
• - Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Bash).
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., JMP, Tableau).
