Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and scope complex process improvement projects to reduce defects and variation.
• Utilize advanced statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and identify root causes of problems.
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to achieve project objectives and sustain improvements.
• Measure, monitor, and report on project progress and the financial impact of implemented solutions.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Six Sigma adoption throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Train and coach employees on Six Sigma principles and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their integration with Six Sigma methodologies.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data-driven problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor Green Belts and project teams.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives such as value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and design of experiments (DOE).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting findings and driving change across different levels of the organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• - Proficiency in statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R)
• - Experience with advanced simulation modeling
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement
