Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Analyze data to identify root causes of manufacturing issues and develop data-driven solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve project goals.
• Develop and implement statistical process control (SPC) strategies to monitor and maintain process capability.
• Train and educate manufacturing personnel on Six Sigma principles and best practices.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
• Present project findings and recommendations to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including Lean principles and statistical process control (SPC).
• Extensive experience in data analysis, statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP), and hypothesis testing.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively drive change and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• - Proficiency in advanced statistical software packages beyond Minitab (e.g., JMP, R).
• - Experience in implementing and sustaining Six Sigma projects in a global manufacturing environment.
• - Certification in a related discipline such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt or a specific manufacturing technology.
• - Proven ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies.
