Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs and preventing stockouts.
• Oversee and execute regular cycle counts and annual physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and generate reports to improve forecasting and inventory management strategies.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) to track and control inventory movement.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to synchronize material flow and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory obsolescence, damage, and shrinkage.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and advanced inventory management software.
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles, lean manufacturing, and inventory optimization techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement effective process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or SQL
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience participating in or leading ERP system implementation or optimization projects
