Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean initiatives such as Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, and Standard Work implementation.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of Lean improvements.
• Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient production layouts and workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing lead times, inventory, and operational costs.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Standard Work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement projects and drive measurable results.
• Excellent communication and training skills to effectively implement Lean principles across all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Strong data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies
