Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize stock and minimize waste.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to track shipments, monitor performance, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and transportation planning tools.
• Demonstrated experience in inventory control, warehousing operations, and freight management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
• Proficiency with advanced WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or TMS (Transportation Management Systems) platforms
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to logistics processes
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for logistics performance analysis
