Salary Range: $64,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and new equipment.
- Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback from production supervisors.
- Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Track and report on training effectiveness, including participation rates, knowledge retention, and impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety incidents, scrap rates, and productivity.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and onboard external training providers or subject matter experts when specialized knowledge is required.
- Continuously evaluate and update training programs to incorporate new technologies, processes, and best practices in the manufacturing environment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and delivering technical, safety, and compliance training in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma), and OSHA regulations.
