Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and new equipment.
• Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback from production supervisors.
• Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
• Track and report on training effectiveness, including participation rates, knowledge retention, and impact on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety incidents, scrap rates, and productivity.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Identify and onboard external training providers or subject matter experts when specialized knowledge is required.
• Continuously evaluate and update training programs to incorporate new technologies, processes, and best practices in the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and delivering technical, safety, and compliance training in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Lean, Six Sigma), and OSHA regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to create practical training materials, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and on-the-
