Salary Range: $78,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manufactured products and processes.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on hardware, software, and integrated systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports clearly and accurately.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and manufacturability.
• Monitor product quality and production yields, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging testing technologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Python, Selenium, LabVIEW).
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of test results.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or similar integrated system testing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations applicable to the manufacturing sector.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance
• - Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles
• - Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) software and techniques
• - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
