Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve product defects.
• Perform root cause analysis of testing failures.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
• Validate that products meet quality and performance specifications.
• Generate test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for manufactured products.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Selenium, Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and defect tracking systems.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or similar simulation environments.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and yield analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Testability (DFT) principles.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for test fixture design.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
