Salary Range: $65,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient management of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Supervise and train tool room personnel, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Implement and enforce preventative maintenance schedules for all tooling to minimize downtime.
• Manage tool inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking of new and repaired items.
• Ensure the calibration and accuracy of measurement equipment used in the tool room.
• Collaborate with engineering and production departments to address tooling issues and requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the tool room.
• Develop and implement procedures for tool repair, modification, and fabrication.
