Salary Range: $64,000 - $97,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the shop floor, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees, providing guidance and support.

• Monitor production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
