Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain quality control standards and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate procurement.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
