Salary Range: $87,000 - $133,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring efficient production flow and adherence to schedules.
  • Manage and motivate a team of production staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor production output, quality control, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
  • Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, ensuring adequate stock levels.
