Salary Range: $47,000 - $72,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Process payroll, including related tax filings and benefits administration.
- Prepare basic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and assist with budget tracking.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supply management and equipment maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team and manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding and employee record maintenance.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online) and experience utilizing ERP systems common in manufacturing environments.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to effectively manage office operations, vendor relationships, and administrative support.
- Understanding of financial principles specific to manufacturing, such as inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and production expense tracking.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both financial record-keeping and administrative tasks.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP/MRP systems.
- Basic understanding of cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, inventory valuation).
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and reconciliation.
- Experience supporting HR functions in a production environment.
