Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, and validation of manufacturing equipment at client sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on industrial machinery.
• Execute routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Provide comprehensive technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Document service activities, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies during all service operations.
• Manage service parts inventory and tooling required for field assignments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.
• Associate's degree or vocational certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., mechatronics, industrial maintenance, electronics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various manufacturing sites.
• Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and completing detailed service documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, German)
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
• Basic network administration skills for industrial control systems
