Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to customers and sales teams regarding product application and integration in manufacturing environments.
• Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend optimal product solutions and configurations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for customers and partners.
• Assist customers with product installation, setup, troubleshooting, and optimization on-site or remotely.
• Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to provide field feedback and contribute to product improvements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practices guides.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to product performance and compatibility in various manufacturing setups.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing processes, industrial automation, or relevant machinery.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering design/simulation tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for technical customer support and demonstrations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB) for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing, robotics, or industrial IoT.
• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) or data analytics tools for manufacturing optimization.
