Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers on product applications and integration.
• Analyze customer requirements to recommend optimal manufacturing solutions utilizing company products.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to product performance and system integration in manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and engineering departments to develop customized solutions and improve product offerings.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and best practice guides.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and performance benchmarking for new and existing applications.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and relevant hardware/software.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems in a manufacturing context.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction and technical explanations.
• Experience with CAD/CAM, PLC programming, robotics, or other relevant manufacturing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for automation or data analysis.
• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or SCADA systems.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., FEA, CFD) for process optimization.
• Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT integration, or digital twin technologies.
