Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ERP or MES systems

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
