Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
  • Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid problem-solving and implementation of solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of improvement efforts.
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the plant.
  • Standardize best practices and ensure the sustainment of implemented improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent expertise.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Lean principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven ability to drive cultural change and achieve measurable results in operational efficiency and quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Certification or practical experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Shainin methodologies.
  • Proven ability to integrate Continuous Improvement principles with Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Experience leading CI initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites or a global operational footprint.
