Salary Range: $74,000 - $119,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on production lines, machinery, and control systems to minimize downtime.
• Program, configure, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other industrial automation devices.
• Lead electrical aspects of capital projects, including specification, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E), and company policies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance electrical system reliability, efficiency, and performance.
• Develop and maintain accurate electrical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and sensor technologies.
• Experience with power distribution, motor control, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting complex electrical systems and performing root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) for schematic design and documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC and HMI programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Familiarity with industrial automation and robotics integration.
• Knowledge of SCADA and MES systems.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
